She was spotted at Saks Fifth Avenue in LA wearing a sexy tight black and white dress paired with gold bangles.

She also tied to complete the look with casual black sandals… heels would have pulled it together nicely. Rihanna managed to completely pull off her new style as she met up with her new boo Matt Kemp at Phillipe Chow’s Chinese restaurant in West Hollywood.This bright red long sleeve tee compliments her new hair as she finished the look with white skinny jeans and black pumps.
