Taylor Momsen Flashes Panties and Disses Rihanna

Taylor Momsen has a potty mouth. The 17 year old Gossip Girl seems to have a bit of a problem with pop-star Rihanna. Taylor Momsen told Spin magazine "People think pop is rock, and the lines are getting blurred. Now Rihanna's wearing f--kin' leather jackets, and it's really annoying."

While we love Taylor Momsen like we love Oxygen, Kool-Aid, Sunflower Seeds, Mayo and Bagels we must point out that in 1988 Run DMC put out Tougher Than Leather. Which means Rihanna can wear leather if she wants. In other Taylor Momsen news she had a bit of a wardrobe malfunction while performing with her band
The Pretty Reckless at the V Festival at Hylands Park on August 21, 2010 in Chelmsford, England. Seems like everyone front row for a clear glance of her lace panties. Taylor Momsen upskirt pictures aren't really anything new since she performs in her self described "High Class Hooker" short skirts all the time, but I'm sure every guy in the first row did not complain.

Taylor Momsen Vs. Rihanna: The Gauntlet Has Been Thrown

Taylor Momsen seriously has a death wish, or at least a slapped-upside-the-head wish. In her new interview with SPIN magazine, Taylor once again suffers a severe attack of verbal diarrhea, this time expounding on her weirdly antagonistic feelings toward Rihanna.

Thoughts like, “People think pop is rock, and the lines are getting blurred. Now Rihanna’s wearing f*ckin’ leather jackets, and it’s really annoying.” OMG, Taylor.
First of all, we forgot Momsen owns the patent on leather jackets. Glad we cleared that up. Second of all, girl-child please. Taylor is clearly forgetting the most cardinal rule of trash talk etiquette. You do not rip on a woman with a neck tattoo. Period. There is nothing more rock than a neck tat, end of story. And if said woman’s tattoo may or may not be misspelled? Look, we’ve all seen Rihanna dance on a tank; you think she wouldn’t drive that thing into the side of your house?

Rihanna, Lady Gaga Vie For Best Editing: Better Know A VMA Category

The 2010 MTV Video Music Awards are fast approaching, which means that in only a few weeks you'll be treated to an excellent night of performances and appearances by the likes of Kanye West, Justin Bieber, Drake, Florence and the Machine, B.o.B and Deadmau5 (who will serve as the house DJ at the show). While people tend to remember the classic performances and the unhinged moments, the coveted Moonman is the reason why people show up and tune in. This year, there are 16 categories wherein some of the biggest music stars in the universe will compete for the coolest trophy in awards shows. Today, we take a look at the nominees in the Best Editing category.
Editing is a misunderstood science that is extremely important in the realm of music videos. Since there's such a compact time frame in which to work, there can be no wasted footage or sluggish shots. Everything has to blend together to match the vibe of the song and tell whatever story the artist hopes to get across in the three minutes available. Need proof that editing is important? Just look at past winners Scott Grey (for the multiple-personality cross-cutting in Alanis Morissette's "Ironic") or Jonas Akerlund (who won the prize for his sharp, kinetic work on Madonna's "Ray of Light").

Eminem's grandmother Betty Kresin thinks they would make a great couple. "I can totally see what any girl including Rihanna would see in him. He's so charming; he has always had adorable, beautiful blue eyes and this charming, wonderful smile," she said.
"Rihanna would make a suitable partner for Marshall. But he needs to enjoy life and not get carried away with any relationships at the moment," she added.

Single Review: Rihanna ft. Young Jeezy - 'Hard'

When it comes to releasing singles, you obviously need to kind of business savvy because releasing the wrong lead single - or even two singles - which paint your album in a bad light will result in a pretty much dead-on-arrival album with enough sales to certify it plastic. Ask The Saturdays - it's no mystery that their management in the single release department is absolutely appalling, as their second single releases from all three of their albums so far have been much more acclaimed, publicly and critically, than the first single.
But when you consider re-releasing singles, you need to have some kind of motive because let’s face it - the option to release it in the first place meant it wasn't the greatest demonstration of your single releasing savvy. One obvious reason for re-releasing a song is if you weren't very well known around the single original release, รก la HURTS, with 'Wonderful Life', or Florence + the Machine with 'Dog Days Are Over'; another, less heroic reason would be if there’s no more 'good' songs on your album. This results in (because all other 'good' songs are re-released, yet the album hasn’t faired so well as you'd hoped sales-wise) a re-release of the least successful single, in the hope it somehow magically becomes a 'good' single second-time round. Of course, the latter method is all very stingy and irritating; just make a better album.

Cover Star: Tracie Sings Rihanna’s Russian Roulette

Check out That Grape Juice’s latest Cover Star singing Rihanna’s Russian Roulette. The young performer, who hails from Houston, Texas, belts out the track while perched on her kitchen counter. Her performance can be seen below:
racie did more than cover the song; she knocked it out of the park! Vocal on point and passionate, Tracie took the record to a whole new place. It’s amazing how good a music sounds when performed by someone with actual talent.

Rihanna gets grammar wrong on new tattoo

Barbadian-American singer Rihanna got a new French tattoo inked on her neck but with wrong grammar.

The ‘Rude Boy’ hitmaker showed of her new neck tattoo, which read ‘Rebelle Fleur’, in New York. But some of her fans pointed out that a French translation of ‘rebellious flower’ would have the two words the other way round.
The irritated singer then sent an angry message to her tattoo artist, Keith ''Bang Bang'' McCurdy, who leaked it to a US magazine rightaway, reports The Sun. “Rebelle fleur translates to rebel flower, NOT rebelious flower, its 2 nouns so in that case fleur does not HAVE to be first! Fyi, cuz they will ask,” the text read.
